What kind of options do you offer for your plans?

Do you offer one-time purchases for equipment setup?
Absolutely! After selecting your plan, you may also opt-out of 24/7 maintenance and monitoring. We will set up your networks as needed and you can handle the monitoring after we explain how it all works. You are in complete control. Further, we can also step in at any time if you need assistance. This is our guarantee.

How long does it take to setup the site and get everything working?
Great question! Ideally, we would consult with you and your needs. Depending on equipment availability, physical environment, and other parts of the process down the line, it may take up to 4-6 weeks from our initial quote for your service to be up and running. For SOHO setups, there may be a shorter wait time.
